My name is Guillermo Rex. I am a regular soccer fan — one person, working alone, with no corporate backing, no investors, and zero money to invest. Every word on this site, the Constitution, the Jersey, the entire movement: built with nothing but great ideas, relentless imagination, and Artificial Intelligence as my only real support.
I have ADHD — a real limitation that in moments of hyperfocus becomes a superpower. I believe that limitations don't stop extraordinary visions. I believe soccer — the king of sports — deserves to be a living example of dignity, discipline, mutual respect, and true unity between nations. A legacy that future generations can be proud of.
More of my story, my path, and this adventure — published gradually. ⚽
⚠ The World Soccer is an independent fan movement created by one individual. We are NOT affiliated with FIFA, UEFA, any national soccer federation, corporation, or institution of any kind. This is not an official governing body. This is the fans — built by a fan, for the fans of the sport itself.
Soccer is the most beautiful game in the world. It brings billions together across every border, language, and culture. But somewhere along the way, the sport we love became a business.
The institutions that should protect the game have become corrupted by money and power. They create divisions — nation against nation, club against club, fan against fan. They tell us the only way to love soccer is to pick a side.
We said enough. We created the Official Constitution of Soccer and the first jersey that represents the sport itself — universal, neutral, and ours.
IT'S TIME TO TAKE SOCCER BACK.
For the first time ever, soccer has a founding charter — a set of principles that protect the game and the fans for every generation. The first of its kind in history.

We, the undersigned fans of the Beautiful Game, recognizing that soccer — the sport that unites billions across every border, language, and culture — has been diminished by corruption, commercial exploitation, and institutional greed; believing that the King of Sports deserves governance befitting its noble stature; determined to preserve, protect, and defend the integrity of this sacred game for present and future generations; do hereby establish this Constitution as the founding charter of The World Soccer.
Section 1. The power of soccer derives from the billions of passionate fans who breathe life into every match, who fill stadiums with their voices, who pass down their love of the game to their children, and who constitute the very soul of the sport.
Section 2. No corporation, institution, federation, or governing body shall hold authority over soccer that supersedes the will of the fans. All decisions affecting the sport must consider the interests of those who love it most.
Section 3. The right to access, participate in, and celebrate soccer shall not be infringed upon by commercial interests, political agendas, or administrative convenience.
Section 1. The athletes who dedicate their lives to perfecting their craft are the true heroes of soccer. Their skill, dedication, and artistry deserve reverence, not exploitation.
Section 2. Players shall be treated as artists, not commodities. Their worth extends beyond transfer fees, sponsorship deals, and commercial value. They are the embodiment of the beautiful game's magic.
Section 3. Every player, regardless of nation, league, or stature, deserves respect, fair compensation, and protection from exploitation.
Section 4. The safety, wellbeing, and dignity of players shall take precedence over revenue generation, broadcasting schedules, and institutional convenience.
Section 1. Soccer was created for joy, community, and the pure love of competition — not as a vehicle for corporate profit or institutional power.
Section 2. Commercial partnerships, broadcasting rights, and sponsorship agreements must serve the development and enjoyment of the sport, not extract wealth from it.
Section 3. Grassroots soccer, youth development, and access for all who wish to play shall receive priority support over elite commercial competitions.
Section 1. The beautiful game should bring humanity together, not tear it apart. Soccer's power to unite transcends all boundaries — national, cultural, religious, and political.
Section 2. We reject the notion that loving soccer requires hating another team. One can celebrate their own team while honoring others. Rivalry must never become hatred.
Section 3. Soccer shall never be used as a tool for political division, social exclusion, or the promotion of hatred among peoples.
Section 1. The traditions, history, and cultural significance of soccer must be preserved for future generations. The integrity of competitions must be protected from match-fixing, corruption, and any influence that undermines fair play.
Section 2. The universal rules of soccer, established through decades of international consensus, shall not be altered for commercial or political purposes without thorough democratic consultation of its fans.
Section 1. The Official Jersey of The World Soccer shall serve as a universal symbol of unity — a garment that represents all fans, all players, and all who believe in the purity of the game. It bears no flag, for it represents all nations. It carries no corporate sponsor, for it honors only the player.
Section 2. The Jersey shall bear no commercial sponsor, corporate logo, or divisive symbol. It shall represent only the sport itself and those who love it.
Section 3. Wearing The Jersey signifies membership in a global community that chooses unity over division, love over profit, and the game over the graft.
Section 1. Every fan who signs this Constitution shall have the right to participate in The Movement's decisions regarding the sport's future. Democratic processes shall govern The World Soccer.
Section 2. This Constitution may be freely shared and distributed in its original, unmodified form, provided that all copies identify TheWorldSoccer.com as the original author and official source. Any modification, repurposing, or presentation as one's own work is expressly prohibited.

Soccer belongs to the fans.
Not to corporations. Not to billionaires. Not to any federation.
We want a game that unites us — not one that divides us.
We want players treated as heroes — not as products.
We want a sport that puts the game before profit.
We invite every fan and every nation to adopt the Official Constitution of Soccer — to protect the King of Sports for our children and for every generation after us.
Is this the legacy we want to leave our kids? We say NO to what soccer has become. We say YES to a soccer that brings the whole world together.

The World Soccer was created by one person — a lifelong soccer fan who grew up believing that the beautiful game could unite the world. Not divide it. Not profit from it. Unite it.
After watching corruption, greed, and division slowly destroy the sport he loved, he did the only thing he could: he wrote a Constitution. A declaration that soccer belongs to the people — to the fans who live and breathe this game every single day.
No investors. No corporations. No backing. Just a vision, a domain name, and an unshakeable belief that soccer can be better — for all of us, and for the generations to come.
Everything we do is in service of soccer itself — its purity, its joy, and its power to connect humanity.
We represent no team, no nation, no corporation. Only the sport — and the 3.5 billion fans who love it.
Every action we take is for the kids who will inherit this sport. We owe them a game worth loving.
This movement has no billionaires, no boardrooms, no political agenda. It has only you — and millions like you.
